In college, I launched an Instagram page that has grown to 27,000+ followers,
where I promote content for my own music business, support local businesses, and collaborate with brands to optimize their social media presence through creative, data-driven strategies.

OUR EVENTS SERVE AS A PLATFORM FOR PEOPLE TO GROW and BRIDGE THE GAP BETWEEN OUR AUDIENCE AND CREATIVES.
View InstagramOver the past year, The 1-800 Project hosted 8 community-driven events, welcoming 700+ attendees and collaborating with 22 small businesses and 27 artists & DJs. From themed parties and open mic nights to creator networking events and seasonal marketplaces, each experience was designed to uplift creatives, foster connection, and support local talent.
Click here for the full postLast summer, I was selected as a winner of the SoundCloud Student Collective, earning the opportunity to visit SoundCloud’s headquarters in NYC. The program was designed to leverage student creativity and short-form content to drive user referrals and platform growth.
Through strategic, trend-driven content on my Instagram page, I generated 800+ user referrals, a +2,000 follower increase, and over 400,000 likes with 3.7 million total Reel views. Content focused on music-centric communities including OPM (Filipino music), K-Pop, Disney, and Y2K-inspired trends, using rapid experimentation and performance analysis to refine results.
This experience allowed me to directly bridge my passions for music, analytics, and marketing. During my visit, I connected with SoundCloud team members who shared insights on data-driven creative strategy, audience growth, and career development within the music and tech industries.
View full experience on LinkedInI developed a repeatable short-form content format on @ggsaintos that blends trend-driven hooks, a consistent POV storytelling style, and music-community targeting. This made my content instantly recognizable while staying adaptable to different audiences and themes.
I later replicated this format for event promotion and post-event recaps across: 1-800 Project (Y2K party + first Halloween party), UAA Kpop Night, and FASA Semi-Formal, maintaining the same structure while tailoring the popular references, audio trends, and visuals to each crowd.
